Why I'm Building Looping

Software has been a part of my life for 25 years—spanning startups, high-growth SaaS, engineering leadership, and my own ventures. Over time, I've seen how teams build and evolve software, and I've always felt something was missing: a system that ties everything together—feedback, decision-making, change management, and operations.

That's why I'm building Looping—a suite of products designed to help teams manage software evolution in a structured, intentional way. The first product, People, is focused on helping managers track feedback over time, ensuring coaching leads to real improvement.

Looping is something I'm building in my limited free time, outside of work and family—not just because I love software, but because it helps me stay sharp as an engineering leader. It's a passion project, but one with a clear vision and purpose.
